Truly a showpiece. Almond sponge cake, or Joconde, with coffee syrup, ganache, pate a glace, coffee buttercream and finish with the lovely chocolate glaze.
Great for the mocha lovers, and even coffee haters will be surprised by the subtle flavor of coffee.
Thanks, I was very excited for this one because I had worked somewhere where they made Opera but I wasn't allowed near it haha. I really wanted to know what it tasted like.
