Napoleon

Sadly, we had a lot to do that day, and embarrassingly, we didn't get to put the finishing touches on it, but at least I got a picture.

Mille-Feuille, vanilla pastry cream, apricot glaze, fondant and chocolate fondant on top to finish it off.

Still, he's a cutie.
