Continuing the uploading spam, here's French style cheesecake. Made similarly to the NY style, the exceptions are a cake base, and a meringue folded into the batter for lightness.
By no means terrible, just less decadent than the NY.
There's just something about cheesecake. Some people think it's so boring and mono...flavored? But cheesecake and go so many different ways. Have you tried savory cheesecake?
oh cheesecake is my favorite dessert, i have yet to try a baked one yet though, fridge ones are more common here and easier for a busy mum like myself. i am always trying out new flavors, my favorite so far is ginger cookie and honey. I made a savory one back along, ham and pistachio, i liked it but no one else likes pistachios so it didn't go down so well
