There are no words... This was such a pain to make, but it doesn't look too bad, does it?

The croquembuche is a traditional French wedding cake comprised of a ton of little pate a choux buns dipped in caramel and then stacked into a tower. This is stood on a nougatine base, then decorated with caramel flowers and a nougatine banner.

The funny part was my classmates are I were having such difficulty with the caramel that people were saying, "If someone orders this when I open my bakery, it'll earn them a lifetime ban!!"
