Challah

My first attempt at Challah bread.

I was very pleased with the braiding, although I suppose this picture doesn't really show it off, but the pictures that would weren't the prettiest angles.

This was a fun day in class, as the kids in the back couldn't help but go, "Holla!" every time the chef talked about this bread.
