Description

Bread pudding that I plated. We have a Crème Chantilly quenelle and bubble sugar on top. On the plate, we have raspberry sauce, chocolate sauce, and a tuile garnish.

Not sure if anyone else sees it, but I was thinking a diner in space a la Jetsons. Does anyone still remember the Jetsons?
